An APTT meeting is a collaborative session where parents and teachers discuss a child’s academic progress, share insights, and work together to support learning.

The Department of Community Health (DCH) and the Department of Human Services (DHS) is helping students and families navigate their Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids® eligibility checks that are occurring through May 2024.
